Roll sheet cutting is the process of cutting raw material in the form of steel or aluminum roll with special design machines. This process includes phases such as cleaning, straightening, and cutting of metal sheets. The roll sheet cutting line is used for cutting metal sheets and before the cutting process begins, the cleanliness of the metals is ensured. In this process, heavy roll raw material is compressed into the rollers of the machine using specially designed cars and cranes, and prepared for the cutting process.

One of the important stages of roll sheet cutting is the sheet ironing and straightening process. These operations are critically important for the cutting to be carried out smoothly and efficiently. The curled ends of the metal sheets are straightened using a sheet straightening machine and the tension of the metal sheets is taken with tension receiving apparatus. This prevents unwanted accidents from occurring during cutting.
